In one of the best performances tonight, Usher performed his latest single 'Scream' at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards.
I think this performance was genius. Wasn't too much and wasn't too little. Very creative, from the moves to the mirroring effect. Good to see that Usher can still slay a live performance.
